If you could be a bit more specific, we might have some more ideas. What works for you? What doesn't work? What doesn't work as you'd like?

For example, are you able to transfer your tapes to DVD, but the quality is poor? That can happen if you try to put more than 1 hour onto a single 4.7GB DVD. So maybe you need to split your videos across multiple DVDs.

Is it stopping during capture? Are you getting error messages? What are they?

Also, tell us how you're working, are you trying to record directly from VHS to DVD? If so, most folks find it preferable to record to the drive on their PC first, then record to DVD. See this thread for more information.

Thank you for your quick response. I am trying to convert my huge VHS movies librafy to a DVD library. Unfortunately, I cannot get the whole movie on one DVD. I am also copying directly to the DVD as I do not know how to copy to the computer. Thank you fro any help you can give me.

If you follow the link I put in my previous response, it will lead you to another thread that has a good screen shot of how to capture to the computer. Once you do capture to your computer, you can cut your movies into smaller sections to fit across multiple DVDs. You may want to consider capturing in smaller sections anyway, particularly if you notice that the audio and video are getting out of synch.
