I have Creator 2011 Pro installed on my computer. When editing video and trying to watch video using Video Wave and MyDVD, every video I use that has been imported from my Canon (.MOV files) plays back with the audio very choppy and not matching the video. However, if I open a window to trim the video, the video plays fine. When burning a DVD, the video audio still comes out choppy and not matching the video. The videos all play fine in any other video program (Windows Media, etc.). Videos from older cameras I had shot and are saved on my external harddrive seem to work fine, though. I've even tried to copy my newer videos on to my internal harddrive and see if this fixes the problem, but it did not.
My next attempt to fix the issue brought forth yet an other problem I am having. I tried to download the videos through video capture, but video capture will not recognize any media (DVD, USB connected device). I tried unisnstalling and then reinstalling Creator, but this did not seem to help. Any suggestions or help would be greatly appreciated.
BTW, my computer's OS is Windows 7. I just bought the computer in April. It is completely up to date with drivers, updates, etc. It has a 1TB HDD and 6GB RAM. Thank you!
