Easy fix to missing or corrupted Certificate file following installation.
Using Windows explorer:
1. Go to C:\Program Files\Roxio Easy VHS to DVD\Certificates
2. In certificates folder, delete the file; "CPVHSECD.rxc".
3. Place easy VHS to DVD software CD in drive, cancel install, right click CD drive, explore CD.
4. Open CPDECODERPACK_VHS folder, locate certificate file CPVHSECD.rxc
5. Copy the certificate file (CPVHSECD.rxc) to the empty certificate folder in the above C drive path (C:\Program Files\Roxio Easy VHS to DVD\Certificates).
6. The program should now open without generating the certificate error code.
