Have recently purchased and installed creator 2011 with bonus convert vhs to dvd pack. I have installed the programm but the computer screen displays the message 'no signal' i am trying to convert my existing VHS videos via a VHS video player to DVD.

My computer runs on Vista, any advice you can give would be appreciated.

Being as your in the UK,the Scart connector has caused many problems for users.

Of course we are assuming you have got everything hooked up correctly.

 

If a Scart is not involved give us some more information.
