C2011 Cineplayer problems

Question

Hi guys,

I am also having trouble with Roxio Cinaplayer in Creator Pro 2011. My error message is

C:\windows\system32\d3dx9_36.dll is either not designed to run on windows or it contains an error. Try installing the program again using the original installation media or contact your system administrator or the software vendor for support.

Do have any idea what this is about? None of my other games have complained: Everquest 2, Lord of the Rings Online.

Windows Media player works. Zune works.

Thanks

What are you trying to do with CinePlayer?

What happened when you tried to install the software again?

You never said what operating system and service pack your running?

Make sure you have the latest Microsoft updates and Service Packs installed.

Load the Roxio C2011 disc in a drive, when C2011 installer offers choose the repair option.

If that doesn't fix it I would update DirectX End-User Runtimes here>
