I recently bought a new PC that is running Windows 7 Professional (64 bit) Service Pack 1. I installed Creator 2010 but discovered that CDs burned using Creator Classic were blank (I even tried two different drives - the internal DB/DVD/CD drive and an external DVD/CD drive).
Even though Creator 2010 is supposed to work with Windows 7 I paid to upgrade to Creator 2011 only to discover it has exactly the same problem - NOT HAPPY!!
Not only have I wasted my money and a lot of my time (successfully installing Creator 2011 took many hours), but I've also wasted quite a few CDs (OK - I know they're not expensive but this product should work!!)
I can successfully burn CDs using the Burn Data Disc option of Roxio Creator 2011 but I want to use Creator Classic because I have a lot of saved Creator Classic projects that Roxio Creator 2011 cannot open/import.
I've attached an image showing the version of Roxio Creator Classic I'm using - hopefully this problem will be fixed sooner rather than later.
