If so, is it like the one that cdanteek posted a link to, in his post above?

Jim_Hardin
Rather than butt into someone else’s Topic, let’s just move this to its own location… What Version or Build do you have (pinned post at the top)? Exactly how and to what are you hooked up? Either a picture or a through description… We find that for 99.99% of SCART users, the problem is their SCART adapter
akula
Hi and thanks for your help, My Version or Build is 201B23A ENU. I am not a SCART user, I'm hooked up by RCA (Red, White, Yellow) connection from a Magnavox DV225MG9 VHS/DVD player to a Dell Studio XPS 9100 using Windows 7. The dongle does get warm when plugged in. Sometimes it work and many times it stops working during a download of a VHS tape.
Jim_Hardin
It doesn’t “download” anything… It captures Stoppages are normal if there are breaks in the tape or weak signals and some report troubles with Black and White capture. Only things that can help are keeping the ‘runs’ as short as possible by plugging the device directly into the PC and using short cables. There are NO settings to change and no updates so it pretty much a source quality issue
