Unspecified problem

Hello Everyone

 

I'm receiving a new computer from Dell in a fews days and this version of Roxio is bundled with the computer. Is this a stripped down version of Roxio 10 and are there other people on this forum familiar with this version? Thanks!

 

Our library just started using this Roxio and I hate it.... comes with sign in and product sales, ect. and I can't seem to copy onto an MP3 player which was easy on Windows Media player....

There are others here who would say this with more emphasis, but in general OEM software is worth what you pay for it. The good bits have been cut off, and what is left is extremely limited.

Check with Dell, it is THEIR oem software, they provide ALL support for their software. Roxio just provides them with the software to meet their specifications. It could be that their version does not have MP3 burning capabilities.
