Creator 2011

Jeff Sims

Question

I have Dell Dimension 8200 and I use Windows XP, SP3. I recently had to replace my Hard drive, no problem there. I reinstalled Easy Cd/DVD Creator 6. Now Neither of my internal CD drives will read, write or format a CD. Both CD drives can read a Commerical CD (pre-recorded), but when I insert any other CDs I get the message:PLEASE INSERT A DISK INTO DRIVE. I, now have upgraded to CREATOR 2011 and I still have the same problem.

Try a simple test using the built in burning capabilities of XP, Using a CD-RW, just copy a small data file document and see what happens.
