Sped Up Gameplay

hey guys,

i recently purchased the RGC, and am having problems setting it up.

First of all i would just like to say i am totally new to this so if you could possibly run my through step by step.

When i am capturing/previewing my gameplay, i am experiencing little horizontal bars through the middle of the screen. Also when i play the footage back, it appears to be sped up? I have all of my actual hardware setup correctly, and i have a feeling it has something to do with the setup settings of the card and the software.

 

Any help would be greatly appreciated
