Video Capture Toast 10

Hi everybody.

I have been using video capture on toast 10 since it came out. Mainly for archiving music videos I have been involved in as a producer. A few weeks ago it just stopped working, nothing appears in the box. I have tried reinstalling from cd, but still nothing.

I have contacted Roxio support and they are totally unhelpful, all they can suggest is paying to upgrade to 11, why should I?

Any insight gratefully received.

There was an Adobe update to Flash Player a few months ago that caused the Web Video to stop working. There are some posts in these forums (I think in the Popcorn 4 as well as the Toast 10 forums) about this issue. At the time the fix was to return to an earlier version of Flash Player. I thought the issue was fixed but apparently it is just that I am now using Toast 11. I just did a test with Youtube and got nothing in Toast 10 while Toast 11 worked fine.
