Audio Issues

Question

I've been having some issues with my game cap, but the audio has been the worst part. It seems fuzzy, goes in and out, get soft, distorts and even makes sounds super high or low. If you can watch my video you'll see what I mean.

Hopefully someone can help. My computer should be able to handle the software.

I am a newbie and seem to have the same problem. I tried to follow your suggestion, but I can't find

the "Microsoft Audio Tab". Any assistance would be appreciated.
