Capture Not Opening

when i click on the short cut to roxio it opens and then i am the screen that has capture at the top and edit and share on the bottom. when i click on capture it says that it is loading then the loading goes away and nothing opens. i can open edit and share fine. please help

If work, unistall RGC software, update you OS system and video card, sound drivers, reboot. Install RGC again, try and reply.
