Roxio Game Capture Software Will Not Open

I just received my Roxio Game Capture today, i installed the software but when i got to run it, nothing happens. The software does not open, does anyone have a fix to this? Im running Windows 7 64-Bit with a AMD Athlon II X2 215 Processor 2.70GHz My graphics card is GeForce 6150SE nForce 430 and the directX version is 11.0 Can someone help please? Thanks in advance

Yeah, when i try to open it it says my card doesn't support DirectX 9.0, but my DirectX version is 11.0. I contacted support and they had me send them a file with all the info of my computer, but its been a few days so hopefully someone can solve faster then them.

For all Windows Vista and 7 is Necessary install DIRECTX 9C.

 

Click here and install it: DirectX 9C

 

Install, try and reply.

Before install ROXIO GAME CAPTURE, update this:

 

- Install DIRECTX 9.0c

- Update Video card drivers

- Update Motherboard drivers (Chipset and USB if use USB 3.0)

- Windows Update (all).

 

Optional things:

 

- Disable antivirus

- Disable DEP

- Run COMBOFIX and CCLEANER

- Turn off UAC

 

After this, reinstall RGC software try & reply.
