When I Click Capture, There Is A Save Error?

So, I've just got my capture card today.

I've had numerous problems.

 

First problem, my xbox is set to Pal-60, but on roxio, it tiles its self so the top is repeated.

 

Second problem:

 

 

it wont even save!!!!!

 

I don't understand why at all! Can anyone help?

I have exactly the same problem, I have disabled my antivirus and antispyware, updated my drivers, checked the software has installed ok aggggghhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhhh......have one very fed up teenage son!

Hi MissShrimpy,

On RGC software option TAB, change the signal to PAL60 or NTSC 4.43.

 

On console select 480p (NO 720p or 1080i).

 

After this, try record & post results here.
