Soundsoap

RayRoss

Question

When I try to start soundsoap I get the following error message. this application has failed to start because ippac-5.2.dll was not found. Re-installing the application may fix this problem. We'll guess what it does not fix the problem. I have tried to reinstall all the software and still come up with the same problem. I have never been so frustrated trying to work with a product or company in all my years of computing.they have a phone number to purchase the product but when you run into problems they don't have a phone number to help you. you have to use your time and effort on e-mail and back and forth and it takes days if this is what they call customer support they should take a lesson from some of the other companies out there.

You could not have looked very hard for the support phone number:

Also you don't have to uninstall/reinstall the entire software package. Just the disc with the extras. You probably don't have to unistall Sound Soap before you reinstall it. Be careful when you do register the program. If you registered it before, you will have to unregister it and then re-register it. Don't blame Roxio; it is the Bias (Sound Soap developer's) procedure.

But I do I do blame Roxio because they're the ones that instructed me to uninstall everything and reinstall. Their latest instructions I would have to be a computer technician with years of experience they want me to go into the registry and remove things out of the registry. I appreciate your trying to help but they have Made There product so complicated it's not worth the time to invest in playing around with it.

You can sit and bitch or you can do what we said. Your choice !

Sound Soap is an add -on and is not part of the Creator 2011 suite so you don't have to worry about uninstalling and reinstallinganythingg to do with Creator 2011 program.

Use the free Revo Uninstaller in the moderate mode to remove Sound Soap. Reinstall with your anti-virus off. Do not turn on any registry cleaners. Remember what I said about registering ti.

Audio and video editing by nature is very complex ifyouu wanted something simple, there would have been many other choices. If you bought the programdirectlyy from Roxio in the last 30 days, talk to them about a refund.
