What Happened To Record "what You Hear"

I was runing XP on a Dell 5100 with Creator 10. Recently upgraded machine and OS Windows 7 Home Prem. a Quad Core at 2.40 GHz, 4 GB Ram, DVC100 Sound, MS HD Audio. NVIDIA GeForce GTX260. I can not capture any sound and the "What You Hear" is no longer an option in the Record/Capture box. What did I do wrong in the set up? I have tried to change every option possible in the Sound section of the Control pannel.

Creator 10 is NOT compatible with W7 although some applications within the program may work for a period of time. You should be able to find capture from sound card or capture from speakers. Make sure that when you open "recording device that you right click in the list. That will bring up a dialog window. The window in the image below is not the dialog box that you will see. Select to show all devices. W7 is very different than XP.

To clarify a bit here

Easy Media Creator 10 is NOT compatable. However, if you have the cut-down Dell variant (10.2 or 10.3) it is. Dell modified those and they are responsible for support on them. Be advised tho that they are NOT the full suite and parts ARE missing

Creator 2010 is compatable
