Editting On A Mac Os X 10.6 Mac Pro

ALR777

Question

I recently upgraded from Toast 10 to Toast 11. In Toast 10 when I was editting I was able to see the video frames and that really helped me to have clean transitions. Is there any way to see the video frames and the associated audio on a timeline so I can replay them together and know that both are completely synched?

Also is there any detailed instructions on using the AU Filters when I am in Edit on a video/audio clip? I looked in the Owner's Manual and that is not detailed.

Thanks for your help on these questions.

What format is the source video that you are editing (trimming) in Toast? That can also affect whether the AU Filters can apply.

Oops. Never mind. I see you describe all that in your other post. I need some time to think this over.

Is there any way to view all the video frame and audio track(s) that are present when I do editting on a .tivo file that has been transferred to Toast 11? Thanks.

There is only the one timeline. You can zoom the window to full screen and after placing a marker you can move it incrementally by using the arrow keys.
