Using Program Not Happy

Since purchasing roxio creator 2011 I have had nothing but dissappointment. I have installed and reinstalled the program as told by the roxio support (still on-going) All I wanted was to clean up some old family photos. I am now up to the install stage where I get - The certificate file is missing or hasbeen corrupted. Please re-install it. Will keep you posted. Not happy - buy install-and it works but no.
