Cannot Even Start Lauchpad.

yesterday i got my capture card. I've installed it and connected all the wires right. When i strat the launchpad it gives an error saying: "The certificate file is missing or has been corrupted. Please re-install it."

Can anyone help me with this because i really wanna use it asap.

Guys,

 

Before install ROXIO GAME CAPTURE, update this:

 

- Install DIRECTX 9.0c

- Update Video card drivers

- Update Motherboard drivers (Chipset and USB if use USB 3.0)

- Windows Update (all).

 

Optional things:

 

- Disable antivirus

- Disable DEP

- Run COMBOFIX and CCLEANER

- Turn off UAC

 

After this, reinstall RGC software try & reply.
