Connecting Game Cap Through Reciever..

Visari

Question

My projector doesn't have component cables, so I opted to connect it through my Pioneer A/V reciever, but I'm not getting a signal on the capture device or on the projector itself when I plug all the appropiate cables in, what am I doing wrong here (on the PS3). On a side note,the devicec works, I tested it upstairs, so it's not broken.

Hi Visari,

Your PS3 is connected on Pioneer on RCA (Video+LR audios)?

Your schema is PS3 RCA cable => Pioneer Receiver => Pioneer output COMPONENT => ROXIO CAPTURE => PC = No singal??

No I have the PS3 cables going into the game cap and the roxio cables going into the reliever. I get no signal with that setup on the projector.

OK, PS3 => RGC => RECEIVER => PROJECTOR??

Normally projector get 1024x768 max resolution or lower. Try 720x480 in Recevier output to Projector.
