Hi DSP240,

Connect your COMPONENTE CABLE on X360, turn ON, go to setup and make correct signal output (COMPONENT 480p, 720p or 1080i). Turn OFF.

Now connect X360 COMPONENT cable on RGC input side. Take the Component cablewho came with RGC, connect in RGC output side and connect to TV. Turn ON X360 and TV. Get image.

Connect USB cable to PC*/NB*/NBK* and enjoy.

PC* = PC (Personal Computer)

NB* = Notebook

NBK* = Netbook

Using RGC software, after run software type RECORD. It will save automatic.

For EDIT, go to initial screen and select EDIT.

Any doubt, reply.

Humm, Windows corrupted??

Try it:

- Uninstall ROXIO GAME CAPTURE.

- Unistall any video codecs pack (K-lite, Win7codecs, CCCPack...)

Reboot.

- Install DIRECTX 9.0c

- Update Video card drivers

- Update Motherboard drivers (Chipset and USB if use USB 3.0)

- Windows Update (all).

Optional things:

- Disable antivirus

- Disable DEP

- Run COMBOFIX and CCLEANER

- Turn off UAC

After this, reinstall RGC software try & reply.
