Can't Get Creator 2011 To Work

I have spent untold hours following the instructions from support to un-install Roxio from my system so I could do a clean install of Creator 2011 Pro only to run up against this error message. I have had this software for almost 6 months and have not used it once. Frankly, if I don't get some real help, it's going to Goodwill and I'm going to Nero!

Why do you want to uninstall? What problems were you having? What are your system specs? What error message are you talking about?
