Cant Upload To Anything

Please help all of you people smarter than me. I've looked at every post done on this. But i still get that same error when it says it's trying to publish. Can any one give me every possible solution to this probelm. I've got these awsome clips of me playing video games and i want to share them on my channel. Please help

If I read this, I thnk more of the Game Capture program rather than Creator 2011. Then I thnk of the 30 or so applications within Creator 2011 that could be used to upload something. Then I thnk of the many sites that one can upload to. All that gives me a headache. Please cure that by answering some easy questions.
