Changing My Bd Region

Downloaded the Plug in from the online store and Paid for it in Australian currency but cant change my Region on my player it says that i have 5 more attemps but the drop down menu wont drop down please help ASAP

What do you have set for Windows? THAT is the one CinePlayer will default to.

thanks for the help but it seems i only had to run the program in Administrative Mode
