Opening Legacy .roxio File

CharlieMcG

Question

Hey all,

A teacher of mine (who is not computer-literate and doesn't keep up-to-date software, by any means) emailed me a .roxio file which is supposed to contain a few audio tracks. I assume that .roxio is the extension for a disk image created with some Roxio product (Roxio Creator, according to Google?), but I really have no idea. This seems to be a Windows-only thing, but I have a MacBook Pro (and Toast 10 Titanium). Is there any way I can get at the contents of this .roxio file?

Thanks in advance.

Thanks for responding!

No dice, though. It doesn't even let me choose the file in "Mount Disk Image" (it's grayed out and unclickable), and if I try to go to my desktop and right click->Open With->DiskImageMounter, I get "Resource temporarily unavailable", no matter which of those three extensions I change to.

Sorry but I don't know what else to suggest.
