Background Audio

marvio

Question

I'm using videowave in Creator 10 to out together a slide show with background audio. Every time I try to add background audio, I get the following message and the program crashes:

Microsoft Visual C++ Runtime Library

Runtime Error

Program: C:\Program Files|Roxio 2010|VideoVI 12|Videowave12.exe

This application has requested the Runtime to terminate it in an unusual way. Please contact the application's support team for more information.

I don't know how to get around it.

Thanks

What type of file are you trying to add as your background audio? .MP3? .WAV? .WMA? If you've only tried one file type, try another. Specifically, I would suggest trying a .WAV file (you can convert a .MP3 file to .WAV using Sound Editor if you need to). And see if that makes any difference.

Let us know.

Thanks for replying. It is an mp 3 file. I've always used mp3 files and never had problems before. Where would I find Sound Editor and how would I convert my files?
