Question

Hi there i have read all the other posts on this topic and tried everything i can possibly think of i have vhsto dvd version 201B23A. The 2 drivers are correct and present in device manager and my operating system is as follows;

Windows 7 home premium 64bit

default system bios

intel core i3 CPU 550 @320GHZ (4CPU), ~3.2GHZ

7168mb ram

Direct x 11

I cannot get any signal at all from my VHS player but think that may be due to the scart connector, so i tried my video camera with which i get sound but no picture. I then tried a DVD player and again i get sound but no picture and after so long the screen where i should see video goes green. Any ideas thanks in advance

Let's try this...

Go to your video card manufactures site and make absolutely sure you got this months drivers and software :o

Then do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

After that, try both your camcorder & VCR again. If you have a DVD Player, throw that into the mix to :lol:
