Few Questions Before Purchase

Mandalore133

Question

Before i purchase this product i have a few questions that i hope you (those of the Forum) can answer, since my message to support was responded to with "Dear Customer,

Thank you for contacting the Sonic Solutions Online Store.

We apologize for the inconvenience. Unfortunately, we are unable to

assist you with this product inquiry at the online store. For detailed

product information please contact Sonic Solutions for assistance at"

Here are my questions:

Since the MINIMUM RAM is 2 that means I am wasting my time since i only have 1? Correct?

"First of all, I was delighted to hear that there was a capture card

designed JUST for capturing gameplay.

But, I live in New Zealand, and we use PAL and different power. Before I

order your product i would like to know that it will work perfectly fine

over here with my PAL Xbox.

I would be able to get a power-supply that can work with it if it

doesn't, but i need to know that it will work with PAL, and my Xbox 360.

If you have any further questions about my situation feel free to ask.

I would like to know SOON, so i can order.

Again, i would be VERY displeased if it doesn't work correctly with PAL

or my computer, for i have purchased capture cards before that have

failed to reach my expectations."

What i sent. ^

Thanks,

Mandalore

No need. If work in software, will work with real hardware.
