got new dvd writer installed couldnt get to work was loading through media and was getting a disc that played on computer but not dvd player so read forum and tried to go through mydvd but it wont open the feature tried my dvd express and it comes up error sharing so i uninstalled other nero media centre then tried again still no joy.tryingto make dvd of funnies downloaded from utube.new to this any help plz.

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

 

Then start to install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

i have 4 updates to download but speed is slow just now will take some time .i think you on right track will post again later after updates thanx guru

Repair reverts back to when the installaion was first installed.

 

So any update would have to be reapplied after running repair!

 

I would run the repair and see if things get sorted out first then run the updates..

i can now access mydvd but it wont tranfer clips says they are not editable any ideas plz

sorry to get there i followed instructions then instead of repair i uninstalled then installed again.

What program suite is this you're trying to use? Is it Creator 2011, or Creator XE?
