The bottom line is that it would appear that Roxio Tech. Support reps are incapable of solving the problem. I have not had any further respnse from Roxio Tech. Support since 6/21/11despite folow up requests for help through the above ticket number. I am totally fed up with the way in which this problem had been handled, along with the total inability to commuicate with a "warm body" I have been a loyal supporter and promoter of Roxio since early Adaptec days but , at this point, I am seriously considering saying good bye to Roxio/Sonic. It would appear they are getting "to big for their boots" as the saying goes and don't seem to care any more about servicing the regular customer ??????. May I live in hopes of positive help in solving the problem??? If this is not "pleading" I don't know what is. Do you really care and will this ever even get read??? Before we can help you please clarify which program of Roxio you have, you have posted on the Easy CD and DVD Creator 6 forum yet in the subject line you say "Roxio Vhs To Dvd Complete lack of follow up communication". Let us know the one you have. and we will go from there.
