Weird Purple And Green Color Bars?!

I recently bought this product and everything is working fine, except, when I record there are slightly transparent green and purple bars scrolling up the screen. Kinda like when you record a TV with a camcorder you know? That black bar that goes up the screen? Well this is the same, except the bars are purple and green, and they don't block your view, they simply change the coloration of it. The display on my TV is perfectly fine. WTF?! Help please?

Probably your RGC INPUT have a problem (Pr especified).

 

Some units have this problem. Return and get a new unit.
