ok i installed this product on my laptop then i went to my freinds house and installed it on there computer adn when i hit caputre it failed to even open that please help me you can call me anytime at 304 676 1925 please help me

 

The license says you can only install on one computer.

 

Remove your phone number, nobody from here will call your but you may be getting a lot of junk phone calls in the future though.

It is a very bad idea to list your phone number and/or e-mail address in open forums.

is it possiable to uninstall it from the one computer to the new one i need to know please help me

Yes. You can unistall and reinstall many times in one computer only.

 

Move to other computer, go to step: Unistall old PC and reinstall on New PC.

Could it be that you have other software or program opened at the same time other than your game? Any other program on the background of your system? Try checking this or better yet try to re-install the software again or even your OS.

 

If you can edit your first post and try to remove your number here it would be on your best interest. Forums are not the safest place to put your number. Better yet call the Support Team for technical support RoxioSupport Hope I gave you the right information since this is the only Support Page I can see in Roxio ;)

they never are in tere offic e adn how do i install the OS what do you mean by that im not really that tech savey

Also, please make sure you're not running other programs. Using a capture card uses a lot of resource. If you're going to record games. Just load the capture card program and nothing else.

Yes i have 2Gb of Ram and a 1.8Cpu and nothing else is running

Again, did you check all the requirement? Ram and CPU isn't all you need. You need a good graphic card, make sure you're up-to-date with service pack, etc.

how do i do that is is a windows vista 64bit adn it has 4Gb of ram i looked at it wrong
