I transfered out a video I made for a windows product format wmv, but when I play on the windows media player you cannot see the pictures just hear the music ?? What am I doing wrong ?

Please more information.

The first thing to see if you have the latest build of PhotoShow 6. Go to your PhotoShow account page and download/install the latest build. It should be at least Build 857. Get the build number off the about window. Even if you

currently have build 857, reinstall the program over what you have now. That will cure any hiccups.

I'm assuming that you did not upload the PhotoShow to the web site, download it as a mp4 file and then convert. Is that correct?

Have you tried a different format (mpg) or different resolution?

Try also playing that wmv file with the free VLC player you can get from cnet.com. If it doesn't play with that, go to the top menu there an select tools, Media Information and then codec details. Post that informaion here.
