Roxio Won't Recognize Vista Service Package 2

i just got your game capture program and didn't have service package 2 but i had just installed it after. But know the program won't even recognize the package.

 

i just made my account after purchasing the program, online from you guys and i cannot find a serial number in any of the file to register the program with my account. i have also purcahsed the re download feature with my purchase were can i find this?
