Problem With Videowave

If i record in Dvix or avi videowave will not let me edit my videos. I can ope with divx player but not videowave i have tried to disable my virus protection i have uninstalled it and reinstalled it and still wont let me.. any help

Check your DirectX. Need is updated.

 

Get latest FFDSHOW version (If use Windows 64 bits is necessary install 32 and 64 bits):

 

32 bits: FFDSHOW (X86)

64 bits: FFDSHOW (X64)

 

Download and install. After this configure like this:

 

 

After this you will open in ant video editor.

I am not computer smart and when i click on the link you gave me where do i go from there, and do i download both 32 bit and 64 bit as i have 64 bit.. and then just do everything in the pictures as the same right?

I downloaded the ffdshow and i did everything you did and it still wont let me edit any video i record in dvix or avi it says this video cannot be edited
