Unable To Install



After a week of trying to install Roxio VHS TO DVD and poor service from support we returned our copy to the store and purchased another brand which installed straight away and works perfectly.

We had attempted to install Roxio on three different computers running with Windows 7, Vista and XP with and without S Video Cable and the result was the same "No Video Signal"

Absolutely disgusted with Roxio product should be removed from sale. Has inherent problems and is just a time waster. Poor support expecting consumers to solve their problems. Never again with a Roxio product.

I reviewed your tickets. You had three tickets submitted.


The first was was for Easy CD Creator, not Easy VHS to DVD and a burning issue.


The second, an agent responded to you in less than 6 hours suggesting you try this article: http://kb.roxio.com/search.aspx?URL=/content/000225CR which lists many suggestions to resolve this issue. You did not respond with any updates or additional information after a week and the ticket was automatically closed.


Your third ticket expressed the same sentiment as this thread.


I'm sorry you weren't able to get the software and hardware running and felt you had to return it.
