hi im new for roxio streamer. so i installed it but i can't log in.. when im going to configuration wizard after few mints error massage is coming, its "the roxio streamer service could not be located on the network, please contact roxio customer care for potential resolutions" i cant log in. i want to get experiences of roxio streamer.. one of my friend toll to me its amazing. can u help me to start something.
