sknis
Roxio - in comparison with other DVD makers - only gives a very few usable DVD menus. Can anyone suggest a source for more? Thanks You should have over 100 menu choices inb both 4 by 3 and 16 by 9. You can also create your own by using your image or video to edit one of the standard menus. If you have less than that, my guess is that you had your anti-virus active during the install and the location of the menu templates were not registered properly. Update your computer a using these guidelines (link) and then do a repair. Wtach this for how to make your own menu. It is for an earlier version but it will work for this one also. It is silent so be prepared to read the instructions.
kissaki
Thanks - I see only about 5 - 6 DVD menus currently, so I am following your advice, installing updates and I assume I can repair from the uninstall menu? Thanks

MichelY
It looks like the content was not installed. Content comes as a different file in the download. By the way, the installation *should* not be impaired by the presence of a virus checker. Please contact our customer support team if you cannot resolve the issue. Patrix
Hello everybody! I have the same problem. I followed the instructions above (updating all windows components, closing my antivirus - microsoft security, reparing Roxio), but no changes: I have only 6 menu styles... More than that: no button for adding (import/update) new menu style and they are not separated in 2D and 3D. The attachement says everything. What to do? Thank you! raul415
I am having the same problem posted in another section. In fact, I see the others are having similar sorts of problems with "incomplete" installations. I really appreciate that you folks are responsive but the dots are not connecting. I have installed the second disc and still have only 6 menus and no proper access to smartsound. SO has I have done in the past I am going back to 2011 and I'll wait until some sort of critical mass of information is reached. I will keep checking. cdanteek
The Roxio Content 13.msi is on disc # 1. Look in C:\Program Files\Roxio 2012\VideoUI\Content\Images If you don't show these or My DVD isn't showing them run the repair option...
