Cannot Hear Any Game Audio!

burninblaza2

Question

Hi I just got the composite wires this past week, and thought I could finally cap, and commentate, while having the game audio! But no! Just a long silence for the duration of the video. Can someone help me with this?! I have all the plugs in their correct spots, and plugged in. I can hear audio on my tv, yet not on my pc.

Right click on that panel and click on "Show Disable Devices and Show Disconnected Devices" If you see Line Roxio GAMECAP." Enable it and if it doesn't work. Try the following steps below.

Please do the following to ensure we get this working properly.

1: Start > Control Panel

2: Uninstall Program > Roxio Game Capture

3: Start > My Computer > Program Files or Program Files (x86) if you are running a 64-bit and delete the "Roxio Game Capture" folder if you have it.

4: Shut down your computer.

5: Disconnect the USB from the computer that's connected to the capture device.

6: Plug it into a different USB Port.

7: Boost up your computer and see if it detects the USB. If you receive a prompt that it needs the driver. Please insert the Roxio Software and start installing.

8: Once you have installed it. Please restart your computer.

9: Once the computer is booted. Do the following. Start > Control Panel > Hardware and Sound > Device Manager > and under Sound, Video, and Game Controller. Look for ROXIO GAMECAP. You will see two of them. This indicates that your drivers has been installed properly. Then, go to your recording options and enable it.
