Best File Type For Youtube Export?

Question

I'm trying to work out what is the best file type to export for youtube where quality is not too badly suffering along with quick loading times.

Any ideas People?

I tried the MPEG4368x204 setting and got a 15 min video down to about 100MB, but the quality is pretty low.

Using RGC software select Divx@720p-30fps. Its a best quality for YT or other upload site (dailymotion).

Never use Divx@720p-60fps. YT site will reencode to 720p-30fps. Waste time only.

That seems to take forever to render in the roxio software.

It also takes forever to upload it ... and when viewing it in youtube it takes forever to load.

I'm trying to find a middle ground export type where the quality isnt too badly suffered ... and at the same time creating an acceptable load time on youtube.
