No Video Signal

Jan123

Question

I've been using the Easy VHS To DVD for some time now to transfer several VHS tapes to DVDs with no problem. All of a sudden, I cannot get a video signal, only sound! I have tried everything I can think of to get it to work including buying a new VHS player & it still will not show the movie I am trying to record now! I have a PC & am using Windows 7. I'd really appreciate some help! HELP!!

Hello Jim,

Thanks for the reply. I thought the same thing as I am in the process of ruling things out. I went today & bought a new Easy VHS To DVD software to see if it was that & so far, I still have no video signal with both a new VHS player & new software. Do you have a phone number for Roxio by chance? I have a pretty new computer, but am wondering if something within it is turned off possibly?? I'd appreciate any help you might offer as its incredably frustrating!
