Keldor
It's a very big problem with this product, the developers either can't solve it or can't be bothered fixing the problem. Your best option is to return if you can, get a refund and buy a decent video capture card for your pc, one that actually captures in HD.

There is no fix to this at all? Can you recommend any other capture software packages? I want to record gameplay from my XBOX 360. Thanks.
Skilled
My Roxio game capture arrive today - a few hours later after work I came back the audio was horrible. I don't know why its not fixed yet. Is there an option or a way to fix this in editing software? My brother said when recording it can happen but you can fix it in the editing the audio maybe? Buuhan1
Roxio support seems quite awful. There's a lot of problems with this device, specifically the audio, and the support either tells you the same old "fixes" that do nothing, or don't help at all. It's no wonder they're pretty much selling the thing for $65 on their website.

Hopefully if they get enough E-mails/calls they will do something about it. I encourage everyone else with similar problems to do the same. Ice Cubez
Do you have Skype installed and running? Even if you're not signed in? I just checked in my programs list on my computer. I do have skype listed there, but have never used/opened it. Should I uninstall it? Perhaps there is a way to edit the audio from the captured footage? Even out the loud sound/bass etc from the recording? I've heard of Camstasia, anyone recommend or know other software which may fix the horribly loud bass/audio?
Xavbull
I have an example of how loud the bass can get. http://www.youtube.com/watch?v=-olAX2UMGFY&feature=channel_video_title

I'm recording Dead Island Gameplay though as opposed to Borderlands and the constant zombies screaming is making me go deaf almost.
