Good Afternoon. Like several other topics I have read I now have gone through 10-15 CDs with this error trying to burn a CD of photos. Here is the low down:
1) The drivers are updated.
2) I am using HP CD's
3) I have lowered the CD speed
4) I have turned off all Security Programs.
5) I downloaded the rbcujan10.exe patch I get the following error "Set up does not support the following product."
I still get the error Roxio Burn Failed 0x80041024 on a Toshiba
