gi7omy
Maybe if you could tell us what you're doing, which app and what steps you have taken (along with any error mesasges) we might be able to have an idea All you've said is 'my car won't start - why?' antmars
ok so i goto options and uncheck boxes for subtitles convert the movie it still has the subtitles.any ideas roxio ok so its not rocket science but for those who cant grasp the obvious ok import movie from dvd drive before converting go tp options where it will show audio and subtitle tracks uncheck boxes for unwanted audio and subtitles go to convert movie to psp format guess what it doesnt remove the subtitles. no error just doesnt do as asked from what ican see doesnt matter how many times you go back into options it still adds subtitles. ok title of program for those who cant read thread topic VIDEO COPY AND CONVERT ROXIO PRO 2012 if you have nothing sensible to say say nothing. we are not all digital video gurus and the program is so straight forward to use. I cant simply remove subtitles. core i5 intelhd graphics 8gb ram

You may not be able to do anything with it if it is a commercial DVD with DRM protection. Are you getting any error messages? Try adding the ripped video to Edit-Video-Advanced. It may not see the subtitles and you can output from there to Create DVD. Please be aware that we are users of this program and not Roxio employees. We are trying to help. You could contact Roxio directly since Creator 2012 is the flagship product. The support is free if you can make the telephone call.. I would suggest live chat since you may not be in the US. I understant your frustration but as long as you are dealing with a legitimate DVD Movie and not some illegal rip of a commercial movie, it will work perfectly... Take a look through this Subtitlesand try it with the included test files. You will find it works just as intended If not then point me to a legal download of what you are using and I will be more than happy to revisit this

If yours is retaining the sub-titles it is because you are using a rip from a copy protected DVD Movie. At least that is the ONLY time I have ever seen that behavior from VCC My offer to 'prove that wrong' still stands after more than a year If you have anything you want to discuss Off Forum you can IM me here anytime.
