Invalid Product Key For Creator 2012 Plus (2)

Just bought Roxio Creator 2012 Plus.

Unable to install. Get a message that the product key is invalid.

I am copying it from the CD sleeve.

E-mail support told me to make sure the time is correct on my computer.

Did that.

Still get invalid product key message.

Anyone else have this problem?

Can you attach the setup.dcf file from the install disc?

 

Same problem with CREATOR 2012 PLUS, "invaild product key".

Purchased at Sam's.

 

Here are my system specs and the log files.

 

System specs

Windows 7 Home Premium 64bit

Processor - AMD Phenom II X6 1090T 3.20 Ghz

Motherboard - ASUS M4A89GTD PRO

Memory - Patriot 8GB RAM

Video Card - Sapphire AMD Radeon HD 6950 2GB GDDR5

Where did you get the PLUS version? Do you mean PRO?

 

I'm assuming that you have double checked the o and 0 and l and 1 thing. Make sure you have the right key for the product; there may be more than one (FaceFilter). With the Pro, there are definitely more than one.

How about sending me a valid product key for Roxio Creator 2012 Plus? Customer Care has all the necessary information about my purchase from Sam's and it appears that it will take days to confirm, if they do. Meanwhile I cannot use the product that I paid for. Roxio has always been first class in the past. Please help, Sonic Boom.

Thank you for responding. Please find the requested info following:

 

System: Dell XPS 8300

OS: Windows 7 Home Premium 64 bit

Video Card: NVIDIA GeForce GT 420

Processor: Intel Core i7-2600 @3.4GHz

RAM: 8 GB

 

Setup file from install disk attached.

I have the EXACT SAME IDENTICAL PROBLEM .....

 

I just purchased the retail box edition of Roxio Creator 2012 Plus

from Sam's Club and just the same as the original thread poster,

my license key will not work to install the program.

 

Funny thing is the Roxio web site recognized my license key and matches

the correct product "Roxio Creator 2012 Plus" but the installation program

says that the license key printed on the CD sleeve is invalid and refuses

to continue the installation program beyond that point.

 

I have submitted a support ticket but no replies.

 

(Yes, I have verified every digit of the license key repeatedly)

 

Apparently there is a bug in the Creator 2012 Plus installer program.

 

Any info or ideas anyone?
