Looks like you got it installed and these errors are when you attempt to run it???

Let's try this...

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

Also there is an option during install to Update your System. DO IT! they put a fix in there just this week and it may help ;)

I did the update; however, I cannot successfully launch the software. IT keeps crashing... I cannot do anything because it closes the program...

Then you need to do a # 11 in my signature, including the prep steps..

I did all of the steps, contact Customer Service (no help), same error message...

Read this and PM Sonic Boom your log files.

Log files contain your CD Key for the software don't post them on a public board..

Did you have another Roxio product on your computer before installing Creator 2012? What anti-virus are you runniing?

Try removing all Roxio products using the free Revo Unstaller. Use the Moderate Mode. After that has completed, defrag your had dive and clean up all the junk files on your computer. Reboot. Keep the anti-virus off and reinstall.

Here are some tools to help. (link).

This is a Microsoft VC++ side by side error. There is a conflict with a driver that was installed with another app or hotfix. I haven't been able to reproduce it therefore no solution has been presented. I need to know what OS you're running and all applications you have installed including any optional Windows Updates that you may have installed.
