In the images, on the last one, it shows "applications" below "Roxio 2012" mine shows "empty". Did the install not go right? My Roxio 2010 does show "applications" and when you click on it all the applications are shown.

I borrowed a fix from Mr. Hardin in the quote below. Do it and post back.

Let's try this...

Do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start the install of the Suite, only pick Repair when it is offered.

Also there is an option during install to Update your System. DO IT! they put a fix in there just this week and it may help ;)

:D:lol: I do have to make a correction in my earlier post...

I was thinking of the Home tab as far as the one listing frequent applications that you use. You were describing the Applications Folder in the Start menu - my bad! ;)

Yes that should be populated like the screen cap that cd included. Likewise, the proceedure cd outlined should fill that right up!

Let us know how that works out.

I don't know what I am doing wrong but I have not made any change.

I repaired Roxio 2012 Creator Pro (no change). I uninstalled Roxio Creator 2010 (no change) I uninstalled Roxio Creator 2012 and reinstalled (No Change). In the "All Programs" Roxio 2012 it has "empty" under it, not 2012 Roxio Creator or "applications". When I click on the Roxio 2012 icon on the desktop, I can open the Label Creator under some of the actions.

I looked in the log and found that Roxio 2012 Label Creator is located at the following location: C:\Program Files\Common Files\Roxio Shared\13.0\Label Creator. I right clicked and sent it to the desktop and dit works from there.

I have attached a display of Program Files from the Start button.

Better to post a picture... (HERE) ;)

I see a couple of things there I wouldn't even let in my house, let alone install on one of my PC's - Registry Mechanic & Real

Skype raises my eyebrow too ;)

I would do the Prep Steps to the letter!

Then start to install the Suite only choose the Uninstall option.

Reboot and Install, only this time choose Yes to the Update your PC question (it checks for a Roxio update to the install and one has been issued)

I am curious, does that VC500 work with Roxio (when it's working)???

Now your getting to my heart. I have used Regestry Mechanic for about 5 or 6 years with good success. I know there are others. I really don't remember what I was doing that wanted Real, I don't use it. As for Skype, at 80 and 79 it is a way my brother and I can video chat regularly. I am in Oklahoma and he is in California and has had some medical issues lately. Here again there are others but my nephew set him up and I went along for the ride.

I now know how I can get to Label Creator and unless I get in more trouble and need something I don't have, I will hang my hat here and let it go.

Thanks for your help and with out it I would still be looking for the 2012 Label Creator and would have kept Creator 2010 on the computer so I could make my labels.

Keep up the good work and quick assistance.
