Roxio Creator 2011 Pro Has Stopped Working Error

Question

When I open the icon or go to the Roxio program file to open an application I the error "Roxio creator has stopped working." If I go to my computer and open a previous file, I can then create a new one.

Problems:

1) I made an iso file and burned it to the DVD. The disk has been written to as you can tell by looking at it, and it said 100% successful. When I put it into the DVD it has a disk error - unable to read. When put it back in the computer it shows all the file with 0 bytes.

 

2) what to do to get the program to work when selecting it from the start menu or by the icon?

 

I have uninstalled my version and reinstalled my electronic download version, but still there's a problem. (I haven't done this with this problem, but hope there's something else to do since it takes about 12 hours to download then install..)

it takes about 12 hours to download then install..

 

You need to save the download and burn it to a disc.

 

That way you'll have it now and in the future to reinstall if needed.

 

You have 30 days to like it or return it for your money back.

You could go here and read. Then zip up your setup files and pm personal message them to Sonic Boom. Setup files contain CD Keys and should not be posted on a public board!

No, the problem is still not fixed. Sorry about the etiquette. I thought I updated when I was done, but honestly after 12+ hours working on issues I am tired of sitting at a computer and then forget about this - if I haven't responded directly on here with somebody helping me.
