Burnt Dvd No Pictures

I have successfully burnt a DVD of my photoshow with 90 pictures. When I created another one and this one has 260 pictures, I was able to burn a DVD but there was no pictures, just a blank screen and my music playing. I wondered what the problem. I thought maybe there were too many pictures but I was not able to burn another one even when i tried to remove more pictures and made it only 150 pics. When I go back to my first one I burnt successfully, it burnt ok.

 

Please help. I can't figure out why I have this problem. I tried everything I can think of.

Which PhotoShow do you have? Do you have a Premium Membership? Where did you get PhotoShow? Do you have Creator 2012 (where you posted)?

 

What kind of pictures are you using and what kind of music?

 

If you have had the Premium Membership, go to your account page and re-download the latest build of Version 6. Install that. There is no need to uninstall the earlier version. That cures the issue for many people.

 

BTW, make sure that you are using quality discs. Buy a couple fo RW so you can reuse them if you still have a problem.

I do have Premium Membership. I have Creator 2012. I have version 6 Build 871.

I use pictures from our digital canon camera and MP3s that I purchase from Amazon.

I use the Memorex DVD-R discs. So what are quality discs?

Memorex and store brands discs are the worst; the best is JVC TaiyoYuden (on-lne sales only) but Verbatim are very good also.

 

Did you re-download and install build 871?

 

Try making a wmv or mpg2 file from PhotoShow. If it works, then your DVD should be burned correctly. If not, perhaps somehting in the show is not right..
